It certainly doesn’t look like this dude is sporting a ‘thinking cap.’ After Norman Newkirk’s New Smyrna neighbor allowed him to use his bathroom after he had locked himself out of his place,  Newkirk threatened to “smear (expletive)” all over him, Williams, deputies said, reports The Daytona Beach News-Journal. Newkirk then got into Williams’ face and threatened to beat the crap out of him with a crowbar, records show. Judging from the mug, Newkirt is the one who landed up the proverbial creek.
